Hidden Markov Models Module

This module allows the user to work with hidden Markov models (regular or hierarchical), using the various methods and algorithms implemented therein, such as parameters estimation algorithms and forecasting techniques.

Tangram-II's Model Specification Module is used to design the model's chain structure. The HMM Module, then, loads this structure, and allows the user to specify any additional paramenter that the model may need. Once these specifications are done, the HMM model is created, and ready to be worked with.
