Three parameters must be specified in the Initialization attribute.

- DELAY - Indicates the the propagation delay in the channel. Values
should be greater than 0.
- PORT_IN - Name of port where the fluid came from.
- PORT_OUT - Port responsible for the connection with the
subsequent object.
